Demolition of a 1600 MW Coal and Oil Electric Generating Plant
Demolition included 3 heavy fuel oil tanks (1,000,000 gallons each), 7 electrostatic precipitators, 2 wet scrubbers and associated lime preparation and storage buildings, 2 baghouses, 1 NID scrubber (novel integrated desulfurization), 2 SCRs (selective catalytic reduction), 3 Ljungstrum regenerative air preheaters, duct, fuel oil pump houses, fluidized bed ash combustor, fire pump house, numerous water storage tanks, ID, FD and booster fans.
