This project consisted of the systematic removal of a former four story mill complex. ACD carefully removed all existing wood decking and beams. The wood was completely salvaged and sold to a sawmill. The building was taken down utilizing our Komatsu PC1250 with the 25’ boom extension. All masonry and C&D debris was properly disposed of. At the completion of the project, ACD will remove the existing foundations and leave the site rough graded for new construction.
